Ban Evasion
Circumvention Policy (Ban Evasion)

After a channel termination, you're not allowed to create, use, or appear on other channels to bypass the ban.

  • Not allowed: new channels, borrowing/buying channels, or running a channel behind the scenes.
  • Enforcement is strict: YouTube links accounts by signals (accounts, devices, payments, on-camera presence).
Don't "start over" after termination. Appeal once via the official form; if denied, avoid uploading on any channel.
Monetization
"Inauthentic Content"

Mass-produced or template-like videos with little variation are not eligible for ads.

  • Compilations/reposts need transformation (commentary, critique, teaching).
  • AI is fine if the final video is uniquely yours.
Add your voice, insights, story, data, or editing style to every upload.
Safety
AI-powered Age Checks (U.S. test)

Some features may be limited if an account appears under 18.

  • Might require ID or selfie verification to restore full access.
  • Keep uploads appropriate for your intended audience.
Label mature themes appropriately and follow Community Guidelines.
